Lubica is an analyst and consultant in company Pažitný & Kandilaki (since 2017), previously Healthcare Consulting & Research Center (since 2015).

She graduated from the Faculty of Commerce at the University of Economics in Bratislava and she holds a MSc. degree in International Business Administration (Healthcare Management specialization) from the University of Vienna. 

She is a contributor to the Health Systems and Policy Monitor prepared by European Observatory and is currently working on new edition of Slovakia: health system review from Health Systems in Transition Series.

Since 2021, she has been supporting Central and East European Health Policy Network as a coordinator and analyst.
