2% income tax donation

According to the Slovak Tax Law (Act No. 595/2003 Coll.), each individual tax resident or corporation can decide to donate percentage of the paid income tax to selected NGO.
This is not any extra tax but already paid tax, an inherent part of your compulsory payments to the state.

As CEE HPN was founded as civic association and registred for tax donation, we are eligible to receive fund in this way.

We kindly ask you to donate 2% of your annual income tax to CEE HPN. Your donation will be used to support our activities in upcoming years.

 How can you donate?

    1. Ask your employer to issue the paper confirming the tax payment (Potvrdenie o zaplatení dane r. 2024). This document must be sent to you upon your request.

    2. Fill out the document called Statement for 2% donation (Vyhlásenie o poukázaní podielu zaplatenej dane z príjmov fyzickej osoby). Download the form here and fill out our information:

    3. Send/bring both documents to the Tax Office in the area of your residence - be careful about the deadline!

    4. It will take up to 90 days for the Tax Office to transfer the money to the organization.        

      Notice: If you volunteered for at least 40 hours to any NGO during 2024 (with confirmation from NGO), you can donate 3% of your income tax.

    1. Fill your Tax Return paper (type A or type B) and name the CEE HPN as an organization you want to support with your 2%.

    2. Send/bring both documents to the Tax Office in the area of your residence - be careful about the deadline!

    3. It will take up to 90 days for the Tax Office to transfer the money to the organization.    

    1. Fill your Tax Return paper (Daňové priznanie pre právnické osoby) and decide how much you want to donate us (section IV). Name the CEE HPN as an organization you want to support und fill out our credentials.

    2. Send/bring both documents to the Tax Office in the area of your residence - be careful about the deadline!

    3. It will take up to 90 days for the Tax Office to transfer the money to the organization.        

      Notice: If you are a legal entity, you can divide the amount of up to 2 % tax to multiple recipients. The minimum amount you can give us is 8€.
